Kym Clements

Director & Senior Consultant

Kym is an experienced communications practitioner who has supported listed and unlisted companies in diverse industries including: mining services; energy; engineering; rail; aviation; hospitality; and property. She also has extensive business experience as an owner and operator of privately owned businesses.

Kym has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia; and a Diploma in Investor Relations from the Australian Investor Relations Association.

In her downtime Kym enjoys early morning runs on the beach, lazy long lunches with family and friends, summertime rooftop bars and relaxing with a crossword.  She has also been accused of loving corny jokes, all things Italian and low-grade milk chocolate.

“When a company is well-tuned its communications harmonise – its investor, corporate and marketing communications are working together to support and strengthen the company’s growth strategy.  Nothing motivates me more than feeling like I have made a positive contribution to this and have lightened the workload of the Managing Director or CFO.”

Kylie Kniepf

Director & Senior Consultant

Kylie is a senior strategic Communications and Marketing professional. She has worked for companies in the mining services, energy, industrial consumer goods, fast moving consumer goods and homewares industries – including global, national and state-wide organisations and government agencies - over the last 23 years.

Her experience has encompassed creation and implementation of: internal and external corporate communications; marketing collateral and campaigns; brand strategy and communications; digital communications; PR and media relations; and investor communications.

Kylie has a broad business perspective and understanding and applies this to understanding your audience, their drivers and your overall business objectives to create effective communications strategies.

When she is not working, Kylie is often found in the kitchen, indulging in her love of cooking for family and friends.  She will also happily spend all day at the beach, loves to read and enjoys working on improving her photography skills.

"Regardless of whether your communications are targeting your investors, clients or employees, they must be written for the audience - they must consider what is important to them. I will always work to understand your audience's perpective and language, because if it doesn't engage them, the opportunity to be heard can easily be lost."
